How long does the application review process take?
Most Trade Program applications are reviewed within 24–48 business hours. If additional documentation or verification is required, our Trade Concierge will contact you directly before a decision is made.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes, in most cases. Applicants should provide a valid resale certificate, business license, Tax ID (EIN), or other documentation verifying professional trade status. Requirements may vary depending on your location and business type.
Can I order custom sizes, colors, or commissions?
Absolutely. Trade members have access to custom sizing, color variations, murals, wallpaper, and fully commissioned artwork. Our Trade Concierge will work with you to recommend the best solution for your project.
Can orders be shipped directly to my clients?
Yes. Approved Trade Members may request white-label fulfillment, allowing artwork to ship directly to your client in professional, unbranded packaging while maintaining a seamless client experience.
Do you offer white-label delivery?
Yes. Our white-label fulfillment service is designed specifically for design professionals. Products are shipped in discreet packaging without retail pricing displayed on the exterior, helping you present a polished experience to your clients. Standard shipping policies and carrier limitations still apply.
Can I use Luxor Starr artwork for hospitality or commercial projects?
Yes. We regularly work with hospitality designers, architects, commercial interiors, healthcare, multifamily developments, luxury residential projects, offices, and boutique hospitality spaces. If your project requires custom dimensions, large-scale murals, wallpaper, or specialized production, our Concierge team can assist with tailored recommendations.
Are Trade discounts applied automatically?
Once your application has been approved and you're logged into your Trade account, your assigned Trade pricing is displayed automatically on eligible products. Your membership tier determines your available pricing and benefits.
Are Tear Sheets and Lookbooks available to everyone?
No. Professional Tear Sheets, Collection Lookbooks, and certain technical resources are exclusive benefits for approved Trade Members. These resources are designed to support client presentations, specifications, and project planning.
What if my annual purchasing volume changes?
Your Trade Membership is reviewed periodically based on your rolling annual spend. Members who exceed their current tier may qualify for an upgraded membership, while those who no longer meet the minimum annual spend may be moved to a different tier after the applicable review period and grace period.
Do you offer Art Licensing?
Yes. Luxor Starr offers licensing opportunities for qualified commercial projects. If you're interested in incorporating our artwork into products, hospitality programs, packaging, publications, or other commercial applications, please submit an Art Licensing Inquiry through our dedicated licensing page.
Are my clients able to see my Trade pricing?
No. Trade pricing is visible only to approved Trade Members while logged into their verified Trade account. Retail visitors and end clients will not see Trade pricing or access Trade-exclusive resources, ensuring your professional purchasing advantages remain protected.
