By accessing luxorstarr.com, purchasing artwork, or using Luxor Starr services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related policies referenced throughout this page.
What These Terms Protect
Four principles guide the relationship between Luxor Starr, collectors, professional partners, and visitors.
Intellectual Property
Artwork, photography, text, logos, collection names, and creative assets remain protected by Luxor Starr’s intellectual-property rights.
Made-to-Order
Orders are produced according to selected size, material, and finish specifications and generally cannot be changed after production begins.
Limited Editions
Numbering, Certificates of Authenticity, edition limits, and material-specific release commitments preserve collector confidence.
Trade Program
Trade pricing and account access are reserved for verified professionals and must not be shared with unauthorized users.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of luxorstarr.com and your purchase or use of Luxor Starr products and services.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting a form, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on the Site—including artwork, designs, photographs, product imagery, text, logos, collection names, graphics, layouts, and digital assets—is owned by or licensed to Luxor Starr LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
- Display rights: Purchase of a physical artwork grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to display the purchased piece in a private, residential, professional, hospitality, or commercial interior.
- No reproduction: You may not copy, scan, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, publish, adapt, or create derivative works from any Luxor Starr artwork or content.
- No commercial exploitation: Purchase of a physical piece does not grant advertising, merchandising, publishing, product-development, sublicensing, or commercial-reproduction rights.
- No unauthorized resale of reproductions: You may not create or sell prints, digital files, products, or other reproductions based on Luxor Starr artwork.
- Reserved rights: All rights not expressly granted remain with Luxor Starr LLC.
Art licensing: Commercial, editorial, product, hospitality, and branded-environment use requires a separate written license. Visit our Art Licensing page for information.
Product Nature & Accuracy
Made-to-Order Production
Luxor Starr artwork is generally produced after an order is placed using specialized fine-art production partners. Selected size, material, finish, framing, and presentation options determine the final product.
Color & Appearance
We work to present artwork accurately. However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, device calibration, room lighting, reflective materials, surface texture, printing processes, and natural production tolerances.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order enters production, it cannot generally be canceled, modified, or exchanged. Made-to-order purchases are subject to the final-sale terms described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Limited Editions
Some Luxor Starr releases may be offered as limited editions. Where applicable:
- Each eligible piece may be individually numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
- A holographic seal or other verification feature may be included.
- Once an edition sells out, Luxor Starr will not reproduce that specific edition in the same combination of size, material, and format represented by the edition commitment.
- Edition details shown on the product page at the time of purchase form part of the product description.
Reasonable archival, documentation, proofing, display, licensing, or alternate-format uses that do not violate the stated edition commitment may be reserved unless otherwise expressly stated.
Trade Program Usage
Trade Program access and professional pricing are available only to verified interior designers, architects, galleries, procurement professionals, developers, hospitality professionals, and other approved applicants.
- Trade accounts are for authorized professional use only.
- Login credentials, net pricing, discount information, and restricted resources may not be shared with unauthorized users.
- Misrepresentation, credential sharing, or misuse of professional benefits may result in suspension or termination without notice.
- Trade members remain responsible for compliance with applicable resale, tax, licensing, and client-disclosure obligations.

Prohibited Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site or its content to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with Site security, or disrupt normal operation.
- Scrape, harvest, systematically download, or use automated tools to collect protected content without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, professional status, affiliation, or authority.
- Use Luxor Starr names, marks, imagery, or artwork in a way that suggests an unauthorized endorsement or partnership.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxor Starr LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, purchase or use of products, inability to access services, or reliance on Site content.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Luxor Starr’s total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or related services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland, unless applicable law requires another venue or dispute process.
Changes to These Terms
Luxor Starr may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or update date.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
