Trade Program Applications

When you apply to join the Luxor Starr Trade Program, we collect personal and professional information, including your full name, company name, business address, contact details, Tax ID or EIN, resale-certificate number, and supporting documents you upload.

This information is used solely to verify professional status, evaluate eligibility, and manage an approved Trade Account.

Application data is stored securely for a maximum of 30 days during the review process. Uploaded documents are deleted after review is complete. If an application is approved, core account information may be retained for the duration of membership and as otherwise required by law.

California Residents

Luxor Starr does not sell personal information. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as well as the right to non-discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.

European Union, United Kingdom & Similar Jurisdictions

Trade application data may be processed based on explicit consent, steps requested before entering a professional relationship, contractual necessity, legal obligations, and Luxor Starr’s legitimate interest in operating the Trade Program.

Concierge, Contact & Form Submissions

When you submit a Contact, Concierge, Trade, licensing, or custom-project form, Luxor Starr processes the information you provide to evaluate and respond to your request.

Forms that collect personal information should include a consent statement linking to this Privacy Policy. By submitting a form after selecting the required consent checkbox, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this policy and consent to processing for the stated purpose.

Information submitted for one service is not automatically enrolled in marketing communications unless you separately opt in.

Email Marketing & Communications

Luxor Starr may use trusted email and communication providers to manage newsletters, collection announcements, editorial updates, service messages, and promotional communications.

Marketing emails are sent only when you voluntarily provide your email address and explicitly consent to receive them. Consent records may include the subscription source, date, and technical information needed to demonstrate and manage your preferences.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You may withdraw consent at any time, and your marketing preferences will be honored as promptly as reasonably possible.

International Data Transfers

Because Luxor Starr is based in the United States and works with global service and fulfillment partners, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your place of residence.

Where required, Luxor Starr and its providers use appropriate safeguards, which may include contractual protections, Standard Contractual Clauses, and security controls designed to protect transferred data.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide services, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Certain transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years or as otherwise required.

No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Luxor Starr cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond appropriately to identified concerns.
