Production & Dispatch

Most Luxor Starr pieces are produced to order. Production timing varies according to the selected product, size, finish, material, customization level, production partner, and destination.

Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and Luxor Starr, some orders may be reviewed before production begins. An order may be temporarily held when additional verification is reasonably required.

Verification may involve confirming billing information, delivery details, order value, payment authorization, or other information relevant to transaction security. Luxor Starr will never request that you send complete payment-card details by email.

International Orders, Currency & Charges

Luxor Starr serves clients internationally. Available payment methods, currency conversion, taxes, duties, customs charges, and delivery services may vary by destination.

• Prices may display in a selected or converted currency.
• Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange or international transaction fees.
• Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may remain the recipient’s responsibility.
• Additional verification may be requested for certain international orders.

Custom, Bespoke & Trade Orders

Custom artwork, bespoke dimensions, wallpaper, murals, licensing projects, hospitality installations, and multi-piece Trade orders may require a quotation, written specifications, approvals, or a separate payment schedule.

A Luxor Starr team member may contact you within one to two business days to confirm project details before production begins. Deposit requirements, milestone payments, or final balances will be communicated in writing where applicable.
