1. Installation Instructions

Wall Art & Murals

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any dust or grease before application.
  • Alignment: Use a level and pencil to mark the placement. For multi-panel murals, lay the pieces out on the floor first to verify the sequence.
  • Adhesive: Use only the recommended professional-grade wallpaper paste for our murals to prevent peeling or damage to the print.

Illuminated Backlit Artwork

  • Mounting: Use the provided heavy-duty mounting brackets. Ensure they are anchored into wall studs or use appropriate high-load drywall anchors.
  • Electrical: Connect the provided power adapter to a standard outlet. Ensure the cable is tucked neatly behind the frame or within a cable management channel for a clean look.

2. Care & Maintenance

Cleaning Your Artwork

  • Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
  • Moisture: For acrylic or metal prints, a slightly damp (not wet) cloth can be used. Never spray cleaning agents directly onto the artwork.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Do not use glass cleaners, bleach, or solvent-based cleaners, as these can degrade the inks and protective coatings.

Environmental Considerations

  • Direct Sunlight: While our prints use UV-resistant inks, prolonged exposure to direct, intense sunlight may cause gradual fading over many years. Position your art away from direct window glare where possible.
  • Humidity: Maintain a stable indoor environment. Extreme humidity or temperature fluctuations can affect the tension of canvases or the adhesive of murals.
