Display artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, extreme temperature changes, and harsh cleaning products. Dust gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth and follow the material-specific care guidance supplied with the product.
Metallic and specialty finishes should be handled by the edges and cleaned only with a soft, dry cloth unless the product instructions state otherwise. Avoid liquid cleaners, abrasives, and direct spraying. Framing behind UV-protective glazing may be appropriate for certain print types.

Contact Luxor Starr promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and damaged artwork. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. The applicable reporting period is stated in the Shipping & Returns policy.
