These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Luxor Starr Trade Program (“Program”). By applying for or using Program benefits, you agree to these Terms. Luxor Starr LLC (“Luxor Starr,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice via email or website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
The Program is open exclusively to verified interior designers, architects, art consultants, hospitality professionals, procurement specialists, developers, and similar trade professionals who intend to purchase Luxor Starr products for resale, commercial projects, or client installations (not personal/end-consumer use).
To apply, submit a completed Trade Application Form including valid business credentials such as Tax ID, resale certificate, business license, and proof of professional qualifications. We may request additional information.
Luxor Starr reserves the absolute right to approve or decline any application in its sole discretion, with or without reason. Approval is not guaranteed and decisions are final and non-appealable.
If submitted credentials are later found to be false, expired, or invalid, we may immediately suspend or terminate your membership, revoke all discounts, and pursue any available remedies. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your credentials.
The Program offers three tiers with tiered discounts on eligible full-price merchandise (excluding taxes, shipping, custom/bespoke projects unless specified, and certain limited-edition or promotional items):
Discounts apply only to qualifying purchases made while in good standing. Tiers and discounts are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Spend is calculated based on net invoiced amounts (after returns/credits). If you fall short of your tier’s minimum in a 12-month period, you will receive a 30-day grace period to meet the threshold. Failure to meet it may result in automatic downgrade to the appropriate lower tier (or removal from the Program) at the end of the review period. Progress toward higher tiers carries forward but is not guaranteed.
All orders placed under the Program are subject to availability and acceptance by Luxor Starr. Trade pricing requires payment in full at the time of order via accepted methods (credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or approved financing options). Net-30 terms may be available for Premium Tier members upon separate credit approval.
All sales are final. The “all sales final” policy from our Shipping & Returns page applies equally to trade orders. No cancellations or returns are accepted except for manufacturing defects (which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation). Custom or bespoke items are non-cancellable once production begins.
We offer white-label shipping for approved trade orders: products ship in unbranded packaging with no visible retail pricing or Luxor Starr branding on the exterior. Interior documentation may reference the member’s account for coordination.
Trade members are responsible for managing delivery logistics with their end clients. You bear responsibility for any client refusals, disputes, damage claims after delivery, or related costs/chargebacks. We are not liable for issues arising after handover to the carrier or third-party unboxing. Standard shipping terms and carrier limitations apply.
Approved members may resell Luxor Starr products to their clients at prices determined by the member (no minimum advertised price policy enforced). You may use your account for multiple end clients under your firm/entity. Accounts are non-transferable and tied to the approved legal entity.
No territory exclusivity is granted. You agree not to use Program pricing or benefits for unauthorized resale channels (e.g., public online marketplaces without approval). Products must be presented professionally and in compliance with all laws.
Membership is for an initial 12-month term from approval date and auto-renews annually unless terminated. Tier eligibility is reviewed quarterly (or upon significant spend changes). We may adjust your tier based on rolling 12-month spend.
In-progress orders remain valid at the pricing in effect at the time of order, even if membership lapses mid-process, provided payment is received. Lapsed members revert to retail pricing for future orders.
We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately for fraud, misrepresentation, resale violations, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that harms our brand. Termination may also occur with 30 days’ notice for any reason. Upon termination, discounts and access end immediately; outstanding orders must be paid in full at the applicable rate.
You may voluntarily terminate by written notice to concierge@luxorstarr.com. Voluntary departure forfeits progress toward the next tier, and any outstanding balances are due immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Howard County, Maryland.
