Welcome to Luxor Starr. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://luxorstarr.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of our luxury wall art. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to artwork, designs, photographs, text, logos, and the “Ethereal,” “Metallic,” and “Wild Form” collections, is the exclusive property of Luxor Starr LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Purchase of a physical print grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal or professional use in your private space.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial purposes, create derivative works, or resell any artwork in any form.
  • All rights not expressly granted remain with Luxor Starr LLC.

2. Product Nature & Accuracy

All artworks are made-to-order using premium metallic materials and printed through our global fulfillment partners (Prodigi and theprintspace).

  • Color and Appearance: While we strive for the highest accuracy, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the reflective nature of our metallic prints.
  • Custom Production: Once an order enters the production phase, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final.

3. Limited Editions

For Limited Edition releases:

  • Each piece is individually numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity with a holographic security seal.
  • Once an edition sells out, Luxor Starr guarantees that the specific design will not be reproduced again in the same size, material, or format.
  • Limited Edition status is strictly enforced.

4. Trade Program

Access to the Luxor Starr Trade Program and net pricing is granted exclusively to verified interior designers, architects, galleries, and trade professionals.

  • Trade accounts are for professional use only.
  • Sharing your trade login credentials or discounted pricing with non-trade customers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxor Starr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of our products, or any related services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
